Virgin Mary, nimbed, veiled, head inclined, seated on bench, holds Christ Child, nimbed, glancing up at her, in both hands. They are flanked by four nimbed saints, including tonsured cleric, and three bishops, all wearing miter and vestments. Two bishops hold croziers in right hands. Third bishop, holds bannered staff with arms of Perugia and wears cope decorated with arms of Perugia.
Twenty of confraternity kneel with joined hands raised, two flanking her, the rest at her feet.
Behind her is patterned hanging attached to aedicule decorated with two statues of angels.
