Magi: Adoration -- Joseph the Carpenter, nimbed, stands, holding staff with right hand, resting head on left hand at top of staff. Virgin Mary, nimbed and wearing knotted headdress, is seated holding with both hands on her lap, Christ Child, nimbed, nude, raising right hand. Of three Magi, foremost kneels, his left hand on ground near his hat, and touches foot of Christ Child with his right hand. Another kneels on right knee, touching hat with right hand, holding with left hand footed bowl resting on his left knee, and the third, stands holding tall covered vessel in right hand, and grasps robe with left hand. At his feet small figure touches his boot. Behind Magi is crowd of figures, some kneeling, one with joined hands. At right male figure indicates, with right hand, star in sky, above Christ Child.
Scene is within landscape with hillock, plants, and small bushes. In background is city, with several men on horseback, dog, four men standing in pairs, two men on camels, and mountains in distance.
