Felice of Warwick, crowned, wearing ermine-lined mantle, with her right hand on his head, stands beside Reinbrun of Warwick, as young boy. Behind her, polar (?) bear lays on ground. She extends her left hand to escutcheon with arms of Warwick (checky or and azure a chevron ermine) impaled with her arms (gules crusilly of crosses crosslet or), surmounted by a crown. With his right hand on the escutcheon is Guy of Warwick, crowned, wearing chain mail (?) and ermine mantle, holding sword and shield with Warwick arms in left hand, and standing with his feet on the shield, decorated with owl, and head of Colbrond the Dane, laying dead on the ground with his hands on his battleaxe. From between Guy and Felice springs tree.
Along branch of tree is roundel below escutcheon with Warwick arms (checky azure and or a chevron ermine), surmounted by a crown.
