Scene, Liturgical: Chanting -- Group of clerics, tonsured, standing before, and looking up at, open book on tall lectern surmounted by candle. All within initial K made of floreate and foliate ornament on gold ground.
Margins:
1) Medallion in upper margin enclosing monogram YHS with crossed H.
2) Medallion in right margin enclosing escutcheon decorated with heraldry of Carlo Pallavicino (checky gules and argent on a chief or an eagle sable) surmounted by miter with infulae, next to crossed keys. All amid rays.
3) Medallion in lower margin enclosing escutcheon decorated with heraldry of Carlo Pallavicino (checky gules and argent on a chief or an eagle sable) surmounted by miter with infulae, and flanked by crossed keys and crozier, and by initials C and P. All flanked by two putti, each extending one hand to the medallion.
Margins decorated with border of floreate vine on gold ground.
