Christ: Ascension -- At top of miniature, below edge of cloud, bust of two angels, nimbed, support mandorla enclosing feet of Christ, below bottom edge of garment. Below, Virgin Mary, nimbed and orant, stands with back to rock below Christ's feet. She is flanked by twelve apostles, nimbed, seven (?) looking up, three holding books, two raising hand.
Miniature with gold background; enclosed within two frames, one pink and gree, the other gold, or possibly gold and silver.
