Christ: Crucifixion -- Christ, nimbed, wearing crown of thorns and short loin cloth, bleeding from wounds, is affixed with three nails to tau cross with titulus inscribed INRI. Flanking Him are sun and moon, with arc of heaven above. Standing on ground below are Virgin Mary, nimbed, with arms crossed on her breast, and Evangelist John, nimbed, holding book, with right hand to his cheek. Bones strewn on ground below Christ.
Margins with ivy-rinceaux and floreate ornament, inhabited by two birds.
