Garlanded column of classical-type forms shaft of initial I, decorated with foliate and floreate ornament.
In lower margin, within tent, two angels open curtains and hold arms of Cardinal Domenico della Rovere, surmounted by cardinal's hat, inscribed with initials of motto SD (Soli Deo). At feet of angels, two putti play musical instruments, possibly lutes.
