Virgin Mary: Annunciation -- Archangel Gabriel, nimbed, holding scroll inscribed AVE GRATIA PLENA, kneels outside house in which kneels Virgin Mary, nimbed, kneeling at draped prie-dieu with open book with pseudo-inscription, with right hand on her breast, turning to look toward Gabriel. Rays descend from cloud at top left toward the Virgin. Diapered background.
Margins with baguette with foliate ornament and border of ivy-rinceaux and floreate ornament.
