Christ: in Gethsemane -- Apostles John, James, wearing hood, and Peter, tonsured, all nimbed, sit on ground sleeping. To right is Christ, with crossed nimbus, kneeling with joined hands raised before mound upon which is chalice, with cross-inscribed wafer (host) above it. Scene in fenced garden with roofed gate. Patterned background and arc of heaven above. Margins with floreate ornament.
