Miniature:
David: rebuked by Nathan -- David, wearing hat with crown is seated on ground both hands holding scroll with pseudo-inscription, also held by right hand of Nathan, standing. Psaltery, with one string broken, is on ground next to David.
Scene in landscape with fields planted in rows, rabbit at right and walled city in background.
Margins decorated with floreate border in which are three foliate medallions:
1) Dove of Holy Ghost hovering below and amid rays.
2) Angel, standing amidst recumbent bodies, raising sword with right hand and holding with left hand right wrist of one of the bodies.
3) David: communicating with God -- David, kneeling, raising right hand looking up toward arc of Heaven (?) emitting rays. He is flanked on ground by psaltery and hat with crown.
