Christ, nimbed, stands with right hand raised in blessing before kneeling man, possibly Emperor Charles V, as Elizabeth (?), nimbed, veiled, holds crown above his head. Behind Charles V kneels young woman, possibly Isabel of Portugal, with joined hands raised. Above is dove of Holy Ghost, nimbed, with wings extended, in mandorla emanating rays.
