Heraldry of Portugal (Argent, five escutcheons azure crosswise charged with five bezants, a bordure gules charged with seven castles or) surmounted by bejeweled crown and flanked by two armillary spheres, one with date inscribed 1513. All above inscription DOM MANVEL.
Lower margin decorated with floreate border of pinks.
