Scene, Sports and Games: Jousting -- Joust between two men, wearing armor, astride caparisoned horses, lances breaking upon collision. First knight, Sir John Astley, wears helmet with crest decorated with crowned harpy. Second knight wears helmet with crest decorated with three female figures and carries shield inscribed with cross. Two mounted attendants (squires), both armed and astride caparisoned horses, one holding lance, and attendant on foot look on.
Above, spectators, including woman wearing butterfly headdress and standing above drapery decorated with fleur-de-lis, look on.
