Miniature divided into two compartments.
1) Christ, cross-nimbed, is seated on arc in mandorla, surrounded by four nimbed and winged beasts holding books. He raises right hand in blessing, and holds open book in left hand,
2) Virgin Mary: Espousal -- Virgin Mary, veiled, and Joseph the Carpenter clasp right hands. Each raises left hand. They are flanked by three Daughters of the Hebrews, high priest, and two figures.
