Christ: Crucifixion -- Christ, cross-nimbed, bleeding from wounds, wearing crown of thorns and short loin cloth, is affixed with three nails to tau cross with titulus inscribed INRI. He is flanked by Virgin Mary, nimbed, veiled, and Evangelist John, nimbed, right hand raised.
Scene framed by border decorated with foliate and floreate ornament.
Within medallion in lower border, Christ: of Sorrows -- Christ as Man of Sorrows, nimbed, crowned with thorns, arms crossed, standing within sarcophagus, holding scourge and switches in each hand.
