Heraldic shield (azure, three roses argent, chevron surmounted by cross or) is flanked and held by two angels, one with both hands on the shield, and the other holding shield with left hand and with right hand, strap with buckle attached to back of the shield.
Margins decorated with border of floreate ornament.
