Zodiac Sign: Aquarius -- Nude male figure, kneeling on bank, pouring water from vase into stream in barren landscape. Scene below trefoil arch in niche decorated with crockets.
Lower margin:
Month, Occupation: January -- With his back to fire (?), man wearing hat, holding plate or bowl to face with right hand, is seated on bench behind draped trestle table on which is glass, vessel, plate with food, loaf and knife. Male servant, carrying plate with food, approaches the table.
