David: as Musician -- David, crowned, sits on bench holding harp in both hands. Figure in decorated initial B.
Floreate margins inhabited by bear, standing with forepaws on his abdomen; owl; woodpecker; dog, laying down, looking upward; bird; and hawk. In medallion framed by wreath in lower margin is escutcheon with arms of Domonkos Kálmáncsehi (or, a lion demi rampant gules, in base azure, a star of six points or).
