Architectural entablature consisting of a lunette supported by pilasters, resting on a base. The entablature encloses a panel inscribed LI SONETTI CANZONI ET TRIOMPHI DE MISER FRANCESO PETRARCHA, and ornamented with a flower. The lunette is decorated with an ornamental human head, possibly green man, and vinescroll; the pilasters enclose Renaissance grotesqueries; and the base has two griffins flanking roundel inscribed MCCCCLXXVI.
