Emblem consists of central medallion, framed with scrolls and laurel leaves, enclosing eagle and eaglet, both in flight. At top of medallion, is bird, with wings extended and scroll with motto, FORTES CREANTVR FORTIBVS. Flanking medallion, grass-like foliage, and at bottom, two winged dragons, flanking smaller medallion enclosing monotone image of vase of fruit.
Gold frame enclosing emblem and text.
