Honorius IV, inscribed DOMINUS IACOBUS DE SABELLIS QUI ET HONORIUS QUARTUS PAPA, wearing triple-crowned papal tiara, holds keys in right hand and raises left hand, beside man, wearing brimmed hat and short tunic, holding club, with his right foot on severed head. Below text, motto of Pope Honorius IV, DUROS CORPORIS SUSTINEBUR LABORES. Folio numbered "Tercius" at upper margin.
