Pietro de Crescenzi: Livre des Prouffis Champestres et Ruraux, Book IX -- Standing beside building with sundial, Pietro de Crescenzi and another man, both gesturing, converse in front of fence enclosing barnyard. Within barnyard, woman, spinning wool with spindle, follows horseman, riding bareback, blowing horn, herding oxen into barn.
In foreground, three dogs are enclosed in pen on which are cock, hen, peacock, and peahen.
