Christ: Presentation -- Virgin Mary, nimbed, raising left hand, supports with right hand nude Christ Child nimbed, seated on draped altar, extending His arms toward extended hands of Simeon, wearing stole crossed on breast. Behind Virgin Mary is group of figures, one wearing hat, one grasping post of building with right hand, most only top of head visible. Joseph the Carpenter is at left, with hands extended, mounting stairs toward altar.
Scene in church or temple with wood ceiling and stained glass window. In foreground, outside of building is cage enclosing rooster and three chickens, bull with cord wrapped around its horns and tied to frame of miniature, and sheep.
Margins decorated with border of floreate ornament including rose.
