Christ, with crossed rayed nimbus, emanating rays, wearing loin cloth, with wound in side and in hands, stands with hands crossed on his abdomen in marble sarcophagus. Behind Him are Instruments of the Passion, including sponge on reed, tau cross with three nails and with titulus inscribed INRI, and spear (Man of Sorrows).
Margins with floreate and vinescroll ornament, inhabited by monstrous hybrid man and putto in right margin; and by putto pursued by satyr, wearing hat, possible holding bow in right hand.
