Christ: Crucifixion -- Christ, cross-nimbed, head inclined, wearing short loin cloth, bleeding from wounds in hands, feet, and side, is nailed with three nails to cross with suppedaneum and titulus inscribed INRI. He is flanked by Virgin Mary, nimbed, veiled, hands crossed, and Evangelist John, nimbed, right hand held to face, left hand holding book.
Landscape of scene contains trees, lake with boat and birds, two shepherds with sheep and ass, windmill, and buildings in distance. Sky filled with stars.
