Magi: Adoration -- Helmeted soldiers with spears and two magi, crowned, holding covered vessels, stand behind kneeling magus, with crown on ground beside him, extending opened vessel toward Christ Child, with rays as nimbus, partially draped, held in lap of Virgin Mary, nimbed, veiled, seated on bed (?) beside fire. In background is shed, with ox and ass behind low wattle fence.
Margins with bands of vinescroll and foliate ornament, inhabited by two fantastic animals.
