Christ: Deposition -- In initial D, Joseph of Arimethea, wearing pointed hat with fur trim, his hands draped, holds body of Christ, crossed nimbus, right hand free, left hand and feet still nailed to cross. At left, Virgin Mary, nimbed and veiled, stands touching right hand of Christ with draped hand. At right, Nicodemus removes nail in feet with pincers.
Left margin decorated with border of floreate ornament.
