In initial T, half figure of man, grasping side of the initial.
Apostle, Paul: Letter to Titus -- Man holds scroll with both hands, also held by both hands of Paul, nimbed.
Scene within initial P decorated with foliate ornament and with foliate extenders inhabited by mask or sun (?).
Margin:
Gold balls, bust of man wearing cowl, mask or sun, and vines decorated with balls and foliate ornament, one inhabited by man and terminating in foliate medallion enclosing knight, wearing sheathed sword, and holding shield with heraldic decoration (bendy azure and or a bend vair), astride rearing caparisoned horse.
Beginning of Titus, Argument and Titus.
