Two scenes within miniature:
1) Germanus of Auxerre: rebuked by Amator of Auxerre -- Within walled city, Amator of Auxerre, nimbed, wearing bishop's miter and vestments, holding crozier, rebukes Germanus of Auxerre. Beside them is pine tree from which animal heads are hung.
2) Germanus of Auxerre: Consecration -- Within architectural setting beside city, two bishop's, wearing miters and vestments, place miter on head of Germanus of Auxerre, nimbed, raising right hand in blessing and holding crozier in left hand. He is seated on faldstool and under canopy inscribed SANCTUS GERMANUS.
