Half figure of man, probably Apostle Peter in initial S decorated with foliate ornament.
Apostle, Peter: Letter I -- Peter, nimbed, tonsured, holding ring with two keys in right hand and with left hand scroll, held with both hands by man wearing cap.
Scene within initial P decorated with foliate ornament and with foliate extenders inhabited by hybrid bird with human hand.
Margin:
Gold balls, and vine decorated with balls and foliate ornament terminating in foliate medallion enclosing bird, possibly parrot.
