Apostle, Peter: Letter II -- In upper half of initial S Peter, nimbed and tonsured, holding book with left hand, and with right hand, scroll, looks down toward man tonsured, in lower half of the initial, holding the scroll with his left hand, and gesturing with right hand.
Scene within initial decorated with foliate ornament.
Margin:
Gold balls, and vine, inhabited by hybrid bird with human hand extended, and with scimitar appearing from cloak, and by bird; decorated with balls and foliate ornament.
