Virgin Mary: Conception (Immaculate) -- God, wearing triple-crowned tiara, raising right hand and holding globe in left hand, appears in arc of heaven. He sends rays of light down toward half-figure of infant Virgin Mary, nude, hands joined, appearing amid rays of light within womb of Anna, nimbed, wearing wimpled veil, with right hand holding open book on lap and with left hand raised to her breast, seated on throne. She is flanked by David and Solomon.
