Christ: Ascension -- Below cloud, only feet of Christ and hem of His garment are visible above rocky outcrop with foot prints on top. The outcrop is flanked by Virgin Mary, nimbed and veiled, with hands joined, and by twelve apostles, nimbed, including Evangelist John raising right hand, holding with left hand chalice over which bird flies, Peter, raising right hand to shield eyes and holding keys with left hand, and Paul, holding sword with right hand and book with left.
Background of red decorated with gold scrollwork.
Margins decorated with border of floreate rinceaux, some emerging from ends of vertical bars.
Beginning of Introit for feast of the Ascension.
