Christ: Nativity -- In medallion, Virgin Mary, decorated nimbus, veiled, right hand to her face, her head on cushion, reclines on draped bed; Joseph the Carpenter, wearing Jew's hat, resting chin on right hand, and holding crutch (?) with left hand, sits at her feet. In background, Christ Child, crossed nimbus, swaddled, reclines in manger decorated with architectural ornament, atop foliate capital. Ass is at His head; ox is at His feet.
