Shepherds: Annunciation -- Of four standing shepherds, three wear hats, one wears hood, three hold peda, two raise right hands. All stand amid sheep. Angel, nimbed, hovers overhead. All wear garments in grisaille.
Scene in landscape with trees and two buildings with chimneys, one with dormer.
Miniature enclosed in architectural frame decorated with foliate and sculptural ornament, with putto grasping cord hanging in right margin and with putto, winged, holding escutcheon on lower edge of frame.
