Isaiah, wearing headdress, sits on bench and with right hand indicates scroll inscribed ECCE UIRGO CONCIPIET ET PARIET FILIUM, held in left hand. Figure in decorated initial A.
Floreate and vinescroll margins, with strawberries and thistles, inhabited by sparrow (?); fly; two goldfinches; and ladybug. In lower right margin is bear, biting spear (?) held in both hands of hairy wild man. In vignette, framed by garland, in lower margin, is escutcheon with arms of Domonkos Kálámancsehi (or, a lion demi rampant gules, in base azure, a star of six points or), surmounted by a jeweled miter with infulae.
