Chevalier aux Dames: Scene, Noble Coeur in Prayer -- Bust of bridled horse accompanies Noble Coeur, with joined hands raised, kneeling beside feathered hat, and looking up toward cloudy arc of heaven out of which emerges half-figure of nimbed Virgin Mary. Scene in landscape with trees and water in background. Miniature within gold frame for Chevalier aux Dames; Noble Coeur prays to Virgin Mary.
