Initial P enclosing:
1) Cyrus the Great: Proclamation -- Cyrus the Great, crowned, holding scepter with right hand and gesturing with left hand, is seated on bench looking toward group of five men, one back-turned looking over right shoulder toward Cyrus.
2) Cyrus the Great: Proclamation (?) -- Cyrus the Great, crowned, is seated on bench extending both hands to hands of man before him. Three other men at right.
3) Temple of Zerubbabel: Building (?) -- At left, foremost of three men gestures with both hands, looking toward fourth man, gesturing with both hands, looking back.
4) Darius I of Persia: Contest -- Darius, crowned, semi-reclining in draped bed, extending arms, looks toward group of five men, the foremost two gesturing.
