Alexander the Great: Scene, greeted by Fesonas -- Alexander, crowned, wearing armor, sword, and decorated shield, stands with eight of his soldiers, with swords and decorated shields, all before Fesonas at entrance to city of Epheson from which four women look on.

In left margin, bird wears crown. Hybrid animal, with man's head, wears tall hat.
In lower margin (bas-de-page), cock and hen mate.
