Three-quarter figure of man, nimbed, probably John, raising left hand, in initial I decorated with foliate ornament.
Three-quarter figure of Christ, nimbed, with right hand in gesture of blessing and raising left hand, in initial A decorated with foliate ornament.
Apocalypse: Christ sending Angel to John -- John, nimbed, semi-reclining, holding right hand to face, looks toward horn blown by angel, nimbed. Above them is candelabrum.
Scene within initial M decorated with foliate ornament and with foliate extenderterminating in foliate medallion enclosing bird.
Margin:
Gold balls, and vine decorated with balls and foliate ornament.
