Avis aus Roys: Text, Book IV, Chapter 07 -- Two mounted soldiers, wearing mail and helmets, face each other. One soldier, holding shield, raises rod or lance(?) in left hand. Second soldier, wearing sheathed sword and holding shield, raises right hand to lance. In between mounted soldiers is rocky outcropping.
