Names of twelve tribes of Israel in medallions are superimposed on quadrilobe, arranged with three names on each lobe. Inside the quadrilobe are four medallions containing names of the three sons of Levi, and the numbers of cities allotted to tribes. Outside of quadrilobe cardinal points of compass are inscribed.
