Angel, Archangel Michael: transfixing Dragon -- Beneath cloudy arc of Heaven, Archangel Michael, scalloped nimbus, wearing fillet and armor, with tip of cross-staff transfixes demon through its abdomen, laying trampled on floor. At right, John Baptist, scalloped nimbus, wearing garment of skins under mantle, with right hand raised indicates Lamb of God, cross-nimbed, reclining on book, held in his draped left hand. Scene in room with decorated wall and tiled floor. Margins decorated with foliate and floreate ornament. Miniature at beginning of the Suffrages to Archangel Michael and John Baptist.
