Christ: Presentation -- Virgin Mary, nimbed, kneels before draped altar holding nude Christ Child, nimbed, hands crossed on breast. Simeon, wearing conical hat, extends hands across the altar toward Christ Child. Canopy is above him. Man, possibly Joseph the Carpenter, wearing hat and cloak, raising right hand, is at left; Anna the Prophetess, veiled, holding with left hand basket in which are three birds stands at right
Interior scene with vaulted ceiling, enclosed in architectural frame of three arches.
Margins decorated with border of foliate rinceaux, and foliate and floreate ornament including daisy.
