1) Month, Occupation: December -- Man wearing headgear and apron, raises mallet above hog; bowl and knife are on ground nearby. Scene has background of gold filigree on blue.
2) Zodiac Sign: Capricornus -- Fantastic goat next to tree against background of orange decorated with clouds (?).
Margins decorated with border of foliate ornament inhabited by three birds, rabbit, hybrid man with hooded human head on body of lion or cat.
