Apocalypse: Seal I, White Horse -- John, nimbed, extending both hands, stands on island in landscape. At his feet are inkpot, pen-case and open book. Angel, one of Four Beasts, flies above him holding scroll inscribed UENI ET UIDE (Revelation 6:1). Horseman, crowned, holding bow with right hand and reins with left hand, is astride white horse with red trappings, descending from cloud-edged, rayed mandorla enclosing open book, and lamb with seven horns, holding cross-staff, right front hoof in the open book.
