Christ: Crucifixion and Christ: Casting of Lots for Garments -- Christ, with crossed rays as nimbus, wearing short cloth and crown of thorns, bleeding from wounds, is affixed with three nails to tau cross with titulus inscribed INRI. Mary Magdalen, with rays as nimbus, wearing turban-like headdress, kneels and embraces base of cross. To left stands Virgin Mary, with rays as nimbus, veiled, with hands clasped. To right stands Evangelist John, with rays as nimbus, behind three men, including two wearing hats and one with club, seated on ground and casting lots with three dice. Scene in landscape at sunset, with distant city and hills.
