Charles the Bold, with scarf draped on right shoulder, and Isabelle de Bourbon, wearing snood, kneel with joined hands raised, flanking altar, on which is monstrance and retable depicting Virgin Mary and Christ Child in center panel, flanked by two saints on pedestals on outer wings; in chapel with five arched windows and ceiling decorated with stars. Margin, upper center: Half-figure of angel, extending left hand, emerging from bud amid foliate ornament. Margin, upper right: Mask issuing from foliate ornament. Margins decorated with foliate and floreate ornament, including daisies and columbines. Text is from Antiphon for Vespers on Feast of Corpus Christi.
