Scene, Liturgical: Burial -- Two men lower into grave body in cross-inscribed shroud. Beside the grave stand tonsured priest, wearing vestments, holding situla and aspergil in left hand; tonsured acolyte, holding processional cross; and three hooded mourners. To left, angel holds hands of nude soul while winged devil holds feet of the soul (Death: Scene, Struggle for Soul). Scene in graveyard enclosed by wall, with skull, bones, and two grave markers, and before church surmounted by cross. Starry sky.
Margins with vinescroll, ivy-rinceaux, and floreate ornament.
