Two scenes within miniature:
1) Savinianus of Troyes: Martyrdom -- Within courtyard outside of architectural setting, two men, including one holding bucket, look on as executioner raises sword above head of Savinianus of Troyes, nimbed, kneeling, joined hands raised.
2) Savinianus of Troyes: blood curing Aurelian of Blindness -- Within architectural setting, two men (represented twice) appear before Aurelian, crowned, holding scepter in left hand, seated on throne behind which is patterned hanging. One man, kneeling on one knee, extends bucket filled with blood toward Aurelian, pointing with right hand to eye.
